total waste of money it doesnt work when launching app just says launching on and on then when setting up passcode and trying to enter on dummy screen dorsnt work there either! customer svc wont answer you!

Ive had this app since 2011 it worked fine. It had what I needed to store pics and videos. I had everything stored until I did an update. Yes! I did back up using cloud and my computer. Now I cant recover all my pics nor videos. Thats why I gave a low rating.

I still use this app frequently. Please update for iOS 9 and Live Photos. Also, please have camera roll start from most recent. Thank you!

I opened the app today to find that all my files were Gone. In addition, when trying to promptly email app support about the issue, I got an email back saying the email could not be delivered to the recipient. So there is No customer support available for the app. Fair warning
